 -2017年3月30日俄罗斯联邦政府第360号法令，“关于联邦政府对认可人士的活动的控制”；


-2019年3月21日俄罗斯联邦政府第300号法令，“关于修改俄罗斯联邦政府的某些法律”；


-2019年9月21日第1236号政府决定，“关于国家认可机构通过的决定的程序和依据，有关将认可人士纳入欧亚经济联盟合格评定机构统一登记册国家部分的决定和将其排除在外的决定”

程序目的：
 
-清理认证合格人士的市场

-确认新的认证认可要求，大大减少参与者的数量，并且只对国家注册局保持认真负责

-评估诚信的方法：“幻象”的识别，“冲压”的斗争，“可制造性”的分析

-更严格的认证要求

-了解如何选择合适的合格评定/评估服务的EAC认证提供商
