自愿性GOST-R证书由俄罗斯授权的The
organization which has received the Certificate of accreditation of body on
certification which has the validity can give out certificates of
conformity only and is signed by the head of Federal agency on technical
regulation and metrology.证书由认证机构的签发，证书具有法律效率。 The certificate of body

Voluntary certification
自愿性证明： 接受自愿性证明，有必要给予同样的文件，如同必要性证明一样。区别在于你将在什么参数测试生产。 豁免函：
如果没有必要接受自愿性证明，在这种情况下，可以签发对贸易和海关的豁免函。
