Certificate of state registration of disinfectants

State registration of disinfectants is performed by Rospotrebnadzor on the basis of expert opinions and test reports.

This certificate is valid for the whole period of disinfectant production in Russia or deliveries of foreign products.

2 Instruction for procedure of carrying out of state registration in Department of State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance of the Ministry of Health of Russia of disinfectants, disinsection and deratisation means for usage in everyday life, in medical and preventive institutions and on other objects for safety and health of people (approved by Department of State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance of the Ministry of Health of Russian Federation on February 17, 2003, N 11-7/6-09).

3. Customs Union Agreement on Sanitary Measures (as amended by the Protocol amending the Customs Union Agreement on Sanitary Measures of December 11, 2009, adopted by Decision 39 of the EurAsEC Interstate Council (the High Authority of the Customs Union) at the level of Heads of Governments on May 21, 2010)
